Mechanic was paid in full cash to repair vehicle. The witness had to call the police to get a receipt. Police recommend he be taken to court. The vehicle was being moved from one location to another without our permission. The vehicle was vandalized while on the parking lot of the shop. We were not notified, just happen to be checking on the vehicle. The mechanic refuse to give us his insurance information. He claim it would be fixed and clean out. It had trash in the back seat, tag on the back was missing, scratches on the side front fender, glass dirty. I took the tags to the MVA report the car missing. It was located in the newspaper of another county for sale. The motor vehicle manager said it was a violation to advertise the car in another county. The financial loan company for the auto representative, told me the mechanic kept calling inquiring about getting the vehicle. One day we were driving to the shop to look for the car/mechanic. And saw, a black female driving my vehicle. The intersection traffic change cause us not to be able to follow her to the destination. The mechanic tried to offer me a used vehicle. I never receive no Mechanic Lein in the mail. The mechanic never give or took our information, accept for our cell phone numbers.
