I received an e-mail which stated that Lipo Slim was offering me a free trial. They asked for my credit card for the shipping and handling. The next thing I know is that they had billed my Credit Card with $79.99. I called the Credit Card Company and they contacted the Green Coffee - Lipo Slim pills. My credit card company (Capital One) had me on three way calling while we talk to a representative from the Green Bean (Lipo Slim) company and after letting him know that it said free trial, and I let them know that I did not want the pills, the respresentative from lipo-slim co. Said he would cancel it. The Lipo Slim Company sent me a second bottle of pills. I called my Credit card company (Capital One) again to tell them that I had received another charge for the pills that we had cancel previously. This statement had a charge of $159.98. Again we got on the line with a Rep. From Lipo-Slim and he gave me a number to return the Second bottle of pills and the Lipo Slim Rep. Said he would cancel again. Once the Rep from Lipo Slim hanged up. The rep from Capital One (credit card company) told me that they were going to cancel my card so this would not happen again and they would send me a new card on the mail. I received my new card in about a week. Three months later (December) I received another charge for $79.99 in MY NEW card. I called my credit card company to asked them how could they accept this charge again when they had cancel the old card and now they are using my new card (Amanda) from my Credit Card Company (Capital One) told me that this happens because anything that was done in the old card would be sent to the new card. I was shocked that she would make such statement because why would the other representative from Capital One had told me that they were cancelling the old card and sending a new card so this would not happen again. And here is Amanda telling me that any charges from the old card would be put or transferred to the new card. I could not beleive that they were going along with this fraudulant request from Green Coffee co. Since they have all the documentation that we had done previously. I could not get a resolution from Amanda of Credit card company. Then she put me on hold and claimed that Capital One sent me a letter from requesting the documents which proof that the pills have been returned. I mentioned to her that I never received such letter. I requested that they would send me the letter so I could send them the proper documentation proofing that I sent the pills through the US post office and I had the slip and the charges to send them back. She said she would send it again. I then requested to cancel the credit card because it seemed that they were allowing fraudulent movements since they have all the documentation of my complains since September and they are still permitting the Green Bean Lipo Slim Co. Put fraudulent charges in MY NEW CARD. I would like to make a complaint not only aginst the Green Bean Company but also againstCapital One Credit card company since they do not give support to their customers in a fraudulent situation.
