On 11/25 I went onto a web site called compudeals2u.com to buy a Nikon Coolpixl120 because I saw where it had it at 149.00. That was much cheaper but it was a Black Friday deal and I thought it was just a good deal. I ordered it and gave them my credit card information. They said in the add that items ship within 24 to 72 hours. After 3 days, my credit card had not been charged and I called them to ask why. They said they were overwhelmed with business but the order was good. He then said he saw where I did not order special batteries with it and I should have because they usually cost 80 plus and this deal would give them to me for around 20. I told him it took AA batteries and I did not understand. He said no because they would leak into the camera and void the warranty. I told him that I did not want the battery and he was very rude but said it would be shipped.
On 12/3 I contacted them again because my card had not been charged and I assumed that it had not shipped. The man said the order had been cancelled and hung up on me. I called back and got another man with New York accent and told him my order number and he said it had not been cancelled but it was on back order. I asked him how long it would be and he said two weeks. He said that I could order the American model and he could ship it immediately. I asked him what he meant by American model and he told me that I had ordered the Japan model. I told him that I never ordered the Japan model, I ordered the Nikon Coolpix L120. He said, in a rude voice, are you trying to tell me what you ordered. I said yes. He said you can just cancel the order. I told him to do that. I let him know that I was going to report this and he laughed and said he did not care. Now I have a watch on my credit card and will probably cancel my card. I think what they are after is you credit information. Do not deal with these people. Jerry
