I ordered a camcorder. I decided not to accept the order since I was promised to have it in 3 days. Needless to say it was shipped 2 weeks later. I told them I declined the shipment and I want a refund. I have called everyday to see when I will get my refund, I keep getting transferred to "Zacks" voice mail. I just want my money credited back to my account. Terrible customer service, hold time is terrible.
