Ordered Nikon d5100 w/18-55 lens and additional 55-200 lens on 8/1. We were told the order would be here in 10 days, we had to have it in 20! When it wasn't there in 10 days, we called 8/15 and were told it would be there Monday 8/19. It wasn't. So we called again and again and got cut off and bounced around and told the lens was out of stock so it hasn't shipped yet but they could ship everything else now and cancel the lens, another said it had already shipped, another told us the camera was out of stock and nothing was going to ship anytime soon, but we could order the d5200 for $200 more! We finally cancelled the order all together and never received confirmation of cancellation or refund. It's been 10 days and no refund yet, so I called back and after 15 minutes on hold was told it takes about 10 business days for the refund to go through. Every time we called we have been bounced around, put on hold to what sounds like static, given different information every time and been rudely put on hold, rudely spoken to and afforded NO concessions of any kind for their misdoings.
