I was offered a job 3 weeks ago by ct acquisiton group and i accepted it. The way the job was explaned to me during the interview was to good to be true. But i accepted it anyway and figured to give it a shot. Day one at the job was ok i was in training and learning the pratices that would be needed to do business. During this day i kinda got the idear that it wasn't very good but i figured to give it a shot. Day two i still got a bad feeling about the way the business was being run and i started to ask questions about the pay and other items. That is when the whole bad feeling set in they then told me that i would have to close 10 apps in a week in order to get the 400.00 that was agreed to when i started with the company. I also asked a question about if you didn't reach the 10 apps quota how would that be paid out my trainer said that it would be paid on comm only and it was 40 dollars per app closed. Which to me was a far cry from the 400.00 mentioned in the ad for employment of craigs list. I also asked what happens to you if you don't make it on a all the time. His reply was and i quote "you will be fired". After this statement i started to do some research and found out that this company has a very large turn over rate and a lot of ex employees that still have not gotten their checks. I still have not received my check and i have been there for 3 weeks.
