I ordered a DEA logo cap as a gift for my law enforcement husband who collects caps from different agencies. The total came to $13.99 US, the amount was taken off my credit card right away and I have not received the order since and the order was place on November 13th.
I have since written 3 emails and have not gotten any response. I was not able to get through to them, when you call it is a voice mail recorded answer with no company identification, seems to voice mail for a home telephone number.
I was unable to leave a message as the line got cut. I was calling from Canada, so I doubt they would even bother to call back anyhow. I am hesitant to call back a 3rd time to leave a number as I feel they already have a lot of private information.
One thing I am glad of is the fact that I always pay with prepaid credit cards. I once had my personal credit card used fraudulently and it was a lot of trouble to fix with the credit agency so I now only use prepaid cards. What makes me angry is the fact I am under treatment for cancer, so this is a lot of energy spent on people who have no shame and secondly I ordered this ahead of time as it was to be one of my husband's Christmas stocking stuffers.
