I am appaulled that i have had a amount of 45.00 taken from my bank account... I didnt notice the 1.00 the month before but 45.00 is a big amount of money for a single mum with 2 children... I have sent numerours emails that have been ignored... I wish for this to be sorted and the anount of 45.00 refunded immeditely the authorities have been notified...
