I went on Saturday to meet a girl called Tiuana, I talked with her about a specific apartment, she said tat it is available, I told her that I will be back with the application fees. I came back but late I left the money order in the drop box. That was Saturday night, on Sunday they were close, on Monday morning at 9 I was there waited till they open, to meet a very rude girl with very dark skin, she was so rude, she does not smile she does not say hi, she talks as if she parenting me, I do not know if she names Tiffany or what, anyway, she lied to me and said the apartment is not free, the one which I chose, and lied and said Tiuana does not know the apartment is already taken.
She gave me the worst attitude ever. And I told her that I took one day off to clear all the needed documents. She said the apartment is taken, and she called Ester the lady with her - she is leasing lady, she lied also and she said we cannot do nothing it is taken.
I asked for my money order they both said that it is not there and the drop box is not a drop box it is just an email box. I need to wait till they got it within two other days.in fact the dark skin girl ruined my morning. I say dark skin to describe her from the Hispanic lady Easter, which was not helpful either.
Then I tried to contact on line with the management, when I got home. Through emails, then she sent me an email saying that she has the apartment available and I need to complete my application (which I filled online already) again.
I went on Friday again to take my money order and took one day off, this time easter was on the phone and she kept me for 25 minutes while she is talking with somebody and complain about one of the worker. Then the dark skin girl (I knew she woks temp there came by breakfast and drinks for both. She did not say hi, or good morning or how can I help you.
It took them 15 minutes for Easter to ask the other girl to take care of me. Easter put a lot of stones on my feet, although I told her I am short with the time and I have to move within 2 days only. Again she was texting while talking, looks very bored of her job and non appreciative, she was texting while talking to me with arrogance and disrespect.
She never smile or being coreoues, I could not take it. She refused to give me her manager name. Easter tried to handle the situation when I become angry and tried to leave they both did not give me the manager name. I left the place but in my head I will not stop till I will let the management knows. For the sake of other people who would suffer from the lack of experience, of these staff.
