I was contracted with them to show up between 8am and 11am on Thursday the 30th of 2009. They called and said they would not arrive until 2-4pm, then they called and said they would not make it till 7pm, BUT they would keep it for the night at their facility so that they could do an early delivery. They showed up to my apartment at 8pm. They estimated the move to take 4 hours, that makes a finish time at 12a, my apartment manager refused as it would be a disturbance to the neighbors. WHO MOVES AT MIDNIGHT???
SO they left my stuff and said they would return on Friday. They called on Friday and said they could not return till Saturday morning (without regard to my time constraints and with attitude), the 1st. I was already supposed to be out of the apartment and told them that the apartment manager was going to start charging me a 3xs Per Diem and that I would forward the charge onto them. They assured me of an early Saturday pickup. They called Saturday and said they would be there at 4pm, then 6:30. I called and pleaded with them to call me back, but they wouldn't and then they never showed. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!
Look the company up on the internet and see ALL the negative feedback. BEWARE!!! This will also be reported to the FTC and the Better Business Bureau.
