My husband and I bought into Platinum Access vacation club in November. We paid $10,000 for a membership. Platinum Access turned it's members over to World Luxury Destinations in June. We booked a 2 week vacation thru World Luxury Destinations for February and paid $1500.00 to them. Now they are gone and our reservation isn't valid either (at the Peninsula). We are out $11,500.00 total. I have tried to call several numbers as well as log onto the website with no success. The phones have been disconnected and the website won't let me log in.
