While vacationing in Puerto Vallarta just before Christmas, we opted to go to a timeshare presentation at the Mango. The presentation included a viewing of an existing high-rise residential complex in downtown Puerto Vallarta. We bought into the concept of selling an existing timeshare at a value greater than the offer being made by the World Luxury Destinations agent. After we got home and received additional correspondence, we discovered that we had purchased a preconstruction contract with the Grand Miramar Club and Spa.
