I had one item in layaway, then found out my granddaughter already has the item. I called to cancel and that was an ordeal within itself. Was given a phone number to call if the credit -the $5.00 cancellation fee was never credited back to my card. Well the phone number for refunds is absurd. It is a message machine with someone on it who has the most horrible english I have ever heard. I cannot make out one word of her english and I believe that this was purposely done to avoid handling refunding funds back to people. This is the most horrible use of customer service I can imagine when the person you need to get information from cannot be understood. What in the heel were they thinking?
