Time Warner Cable
Why make appointments if you are not going to show up? - High Speed Internet Service

We had a 7am-9am appointment today and it is now 10:02 and no Time Warner installer is here. We are currently holding for a customer service rep but the hold time is 20-25 minutes. Not a very good way to start off.
