Poor customer service - Customer Service

I tried calling Time Warner a couple days ago, to sign up for their High Speed Internet. The usual recording came on about the "unexpected high volume of calls..." and I sat on hold for 9 minutes before I hung up.
They're too busy to answer their phones so they're too busy to accept my business.

I still have cable with them, but after looking at the reviews for Direct TV, guess I'll stay put for now.
