I ordered 3 flower arrangements for a memorial service. 2 arrived right minutes before the service began. The rep from Forest Lawn had to make phone calls in order to find out where the flowers were. The 3rd arrangement was from my grandson. It never arrived. I had to explain to a very heartbroken 10 year old why his flowers to his grandpa weren't there. It was very hard situation to add to a very sad occasion. The missing flowers cannot be replaced and the hurt in my grandson's eyes cannot be erased, but I do expect, at minimum, a credit to my charge card. I would appreciate a confirmation.
