I order the Samsung Galaxy III on the cricket website. Upon receiving the phone I took it to a cricket phone to get it activated. The representative charged me $15 for the activation, and when she went on to activate the phone she was not able to do it because the sim card was defective. She told me to go to a corporate store which I did but with the same result. I called customer service and was sent to another store with the same luck. Called customer service and the representative told me I had two options: send the phone back for a refund or send the phone back and we'll send you a new phone. I agreed to getting a replacement, and was told to call back with the tracking number, and as soon as the defective phone was received a replacement would be sent. I sent the phone today, called with the tracking number and was told by the representative that I could only get a refund in 30 days and then buy it again because cricket does not replace defective phones.
