I bought a 200.00 dollar phone and as soon as I got it, it would not let me go to cricket clicks which I pay to have. I took back to store they sent a trouble ticket to coporate office to check it out then to call me. They contacted me and said the phone is defective and for me to take back to store. I then took it back and they said well I need to pay 45.00 dollars more to replace it. I just bought this phone it is not my fault the phone was defective. Whjy should I have to pay again when it is nothing to do with me they sold it to me. If they are going to say that then they should tell people when they buy a phone that if it is defective then they have to pay more.
