Just wanted to post this review to give a public "thank you" and a tip of my hat to the gals over at Specialty Answering Service. We just completed their free trial period (the trial actually ended the Wednesday before Thanksgiving) and everyone there couldn't have been more helpful. We actually didn't end up going on after their test period because we didn't really receive any phone calls (sorry Barb) but once our company grows up a bit more we are definitely going back!
At any rate, they handled the few calls we got very well!
