I had an appointment with j2a last week and to be honest was going to cancel it after all the bad reviews i have read, put me off abit as it was a present off my boyfriend i felt obliged to go, abit nervous i went, when i got there the salon was busy but was attended to straight away taken to sit in a comfy more calmer area downstairs so was happy. When we got up to have our treatments they were all very good but my facial was the most amazing thing i have ever had done i have a quite oily face so meaning i get spots but woke up today and all my spots have cleared up with the stuff the lady gave me to take home, i am absolutly made up n will deffo b going back if only for another facial cant wait!!!
