II recently purchased a group on voucher for a dermalogica facial to include scalp, neck and shoulder massage. I booked the appointment for friday 1st July at Solutions in Southampton. As a therapist i was really looking forward to being pampered. At the beginning of the treatment i was given no consultation to ask my concerns or more importantly check for contra-indications.
During the treatment i was interested to know exactly what dermalogica products she was using i became a little suspicious when she seemed unsure. She left me to relax with my masque on and i took the opportunity to have a look at her trolley. To my horror i saw only strictly professional/salon system products and a bottle of johnsons massage oil,
Not one dermalogica product in sight which i thought i had paid to have done.
I have e mailed the salon a couple of times but have had no response on this i think a very serious matter.
I would like this matter resolved on why i did not recive a dermalogica facial as paid for.
