I have spent $10 thousand on a kids xmas book and they have never sent me a thing after 2 years

I've invested $10 thousand on the children christmas guide plus they haven't delivered me anything after 24 months. I'm working n/a woman today who appears like she's it together and doesn't realize why my guide isn't out however himself.
