We put an order with Alibris for three publications on 12/8/10. We never obtained the very first two products; we obtained a guide for that next. We quickly approached Alibris, adopted their directions and delivered the guide for them. We obtained a contact recently declaring this vendor has refused our reimbursement for that guide we delivered.
We've tried repeatedly to work well with Customer Support to solve these problems, to no avail. We've submitted statements with this charge card organization, and today plan to move forward with every authorized means at our convenience.
