A book was requested by me from the vendor called "Payless" through Alibris and that I paid additional for specific delivery. I obtained a note informing me that my purchase was delivered on September 25th. It's today Oct 16 and the book has not been acquired by me. I asked in to the standing of my purchase with Alibris, as well as in return I received a "form-letter" informing me that their plan enables thirty days for purchases to be obtained. I'd numerous additional concerns concerning my order's standing and also the concerns weren't resolved.
