On 12/23/09, I put an internet order to get a guide and obtained verification of my purchase (#32828843). I had been billed for that total quantity $62.24 but never received the guide. I attempted to get hold of the vendor many times and, on 4/13, obtained a contact allowing me realize that another backup could be delivered. Nevertheless, I've never gotten the bundle. Alibris is informing me that, since the problem is really "aged", it is okay in order for them to maintain $62 (I examined I had been billed although not repaid)... Is not that deemed robbery?
