Buyer Protection Policy is a Joke

In July I submitted a customer protection state because of having obtained the incorrect version of the book I requested to get a university course. I waited, and waited, and waited, and after many efforts to achieve them via email, somebody from Half.com ultimately delivered mean email, declaring how happy these were with my feedback score, how sorry these were for my problems with this specific deal, blah, blah blah. I had been advised to come back the guide towards the seller and obtain a shipping confirmation number, and deliver it back again to him/her once the guide was "established" as obtained from the vendor. Therefore I did so. Many times. Which is today Nov 27 and that I haven't YET NOTICED from anybody at Half.com regarding my state or reimbursement. I'm really dissatisfied in how they've managed this and certainly will never purchase something from Half.com again, as a result of this encounter and understanding when something goes wrong, they'll not protect customers. I ought to purchased my charge card organization to obtain my money-back, but I adopted the directions supplied at Half.com to not achieve this. Big mistake. This website seems to be the unwanted stepchild of eBay and really should be turn off.
