I purchased two quilt hangers. After I obtained them the buttons were damaged-it appeared as if the buttons have been attached on too-tight plus they had damaged right up the center. The items were really uneven and tough towards the contact. There is perhaps one-coat of varnish on the items (he explained on his site he places 3-4 coats on), which was spotty at-best. He delivered the hangers in a container he recorded together by cutting-off the stops of both containers such that it could be long enough. Whenever we approached him, delivering him photos and communicating our discomfort within the shelves he explained that it had been the shippers issue because the buttons were damaged. I advised him I believed the issue was bad craftsmanship and that I wasn't happy with them. After many emails, he nevertheless thinks the shipper must consider the drop, actually he explained they're accountable to pay for all of the cash we're out since the buttons were damaged. Nevertheless personally I think the buttons were attached on too-tight within the first-place as well as in my estimation these were damaged once they were place in the container.
