Don't hire this team! I had been known them through the National Association of Homeowners Promoters to determine when they may help me having a mortgage modfication. Our mortgage business had previously offered me with one-but I had been informed it had been a "laugh" I settled VS Authorized $4000 along with a year later, was given an almost similar modfication that today I'm being advised to signal. VS won't reply emails or telephone calls. I've been challenging to talk to a boss since Sept 1st but still you have not named or approached me. This team is just a massive fraud. Google them and browse the evaluations. Opt for another person. It is no real surprise the BBB suspended their accrediation.
