Legal zoom acts like they are about their employees as much as their customers, this is true when it comes to the food and free sodas, but in my case they chose to not take me back on their assignment after my Temp agency Aerotek had the people who do their background pull the wrong information and caused me to be pulled from the job. After I cleared everything up and having to do everything on my own they said they would still not take me back, even though I had past their test which they claimed was only a "assesment", but one of the excuses I was told was due to a test score? I am unsure on how this could possibly be right or fair. I took it to both Aerotek and Legal Zooms corporate offices who still had nothing to say except that they had recieved no details on why they did not want me back except for traing performance but there had been nothing to perform up until then. I'm curious as to if this was based on some form of discrimination.
