I reside in flats, and that I consider the garbage out atleast three times per week, and that I dislike it. Just since there is usually garbage bags all over the waste management container and never inside it! Occasionally i create the time and effort to choose some up, but personally I think it isn't my work. While waste management requires the garbage on thursday days i look-out the screen to determine when the get the entry garbage round the container, when I viewed the procedure i realized that they drive the garbage to back of the bin and who understands whats back there hiding. It is major, there must be some manual work, instead of only a device that accumulates a container and places the trash within the vehicle, somebody or some employee/placement prepared to get free from the truck and get the entry trash bags / garbage.
