MDB callcentre called us on Friday 26 Feb in regards to a cell Agreement we'd in 1999, though we did pay-off this debt, I actually donot retain bills for 11 years. I have sent (based on the party there's just 2 fax nr within the entire MDB - these were along for over 3 hours) and emailed (the very first time the receptionast offered me the incorrect email details) the official prescription to them. After I called today to listen to if it was categorized out, The Phone Call center telephone called for a lot more than 5 min (2 times) the thrid period they acquired the telephone and that I might notice the sounds within the back groud, but no one talked in my experience. I subsequently talked towards the call-centre Supervisor, how informed me the qry isn't exposed however and that I have to wait until they will telephone me. I informed her I have to complete this and he or she explained again I have to delay. I requested to talk to her supervisor and he or she declined and set the telephone along. Since that time I can not achieve her.
