A hundred hours on the phone and still no joy

Used to donot get my Meal Journal this month. It is a normal event but this month I created the error of contacting to protest. Exactly what a mistake which was. I've talked to a large number of people. All whom have possibly guaranteed to truly have the journal sent in my experience, or guaranteed to research and telephone me back. But regardless of the serious guarantees of everybody I've talked to, no body has called me back - till nowadays - and Iam nevertheless journal-less. The phone call center providers are very pleased to provide you with a guide quantity but everytime you phone-in it creates no distinction - you've to replicate exactly the same tale.
