Loam modification

I had been named by a realtor (bob angelone) of the atty to change my existiong home loan. Delivered them cash& six months they claim they've not been compensated or have they completed something to assist using the mod procedure. They claim they do not possess the paperwork! May as well be operating immediately using the lender for the successI have experienced I did so reoirt them towards the BBBbut without any benefits!
