We were also ripped off from Team Modify. They promised to be able to cut our Mortgage payment in half, that they would handle all the negotiations with our bank etc., and that they could get our interest rate down to 2%. Our bank came back and stated that we are NOT eligible for a modification, which I don't understand at all. I cannot get Team Modify, aka The Loan Modification Team, to call me back etc. I contacted the BBB for help.
If anyone knows of an actual LEGITIMATE company that could help us, please let me know..
