Gem began calling us last December informing people we owe Crosscountry Lender to get a charge card statement. I delivered her a notice we received stating they'd have a reduced, negotiation present in March. And we delivered them the $877.00 the desired. She will not take that notice and demands which was for another charge card and never that one. Though, we'venot had charge cards in years (like 15-20 years) and not had a restriction over $750. Today she explained the statement is $3600. She calls us continuously, threatening to prosecute us, wishes us to use the cash, market what small we've to pay for your debt, claims she's likely to deliver a sheriff to the house with the appropriate documents. I'm unsure how to proceed next.
