We purchased the TaxAudit.com service as an after thought upon completing our taxes through Turbo Tax because for the tax audit coverage that the service stated it offered, the price was very low. When we received the audit notice from the IRS, we contacted TaxAudit.com; very unsure of what to expect, and weary that we would not receive the assistance that we needed and would need to hire another tax representative (for a very high fee). Bistra contacted us immediately after we reached out to TaxAudit.com, and her responsiveness, and professionalism, gave us tremendous confidence in, and impressed us, with the service, especially in those early days. With regards to the tax representative that TaxAudit.com assigned us, we had a similarly good experience. Charles was extremely professional and had a breadth of knowledge and experience, plus a superior reputation, that made us feel comfortable and confident in his ability to represent us in front of the IRS. He was clear about the information that he needed from us, and he fully explained to us what he would present when meeting with the IRS. Overall, we are very impressed by the quality of service we received from TaxAudit.com.
