My husband and I appreciated the assistance we received from Ms. Elkins. She was prompt, kind and understanding walking us through a very difficult situation. Though there was no change in the amount we owed her guidance was a comfort. We know of others who have dealt directly with the IRS and their experience was a nightmare this was not the case for us. As a result we will most certainly be purchasing the Audit Defense Insurance each year, it was well worth the small amount spent for the results we received.
