I have purchased this service for many years through TurboTax. This year I actually needed to use it when I was audited by our state. I have to say it was one of the best purchases I ever made. Tax Audit dealt with the state for me so I didn't have to. Doug Smith, the consultant assigned to us, was very knowledgeable and professional. He articulated and explained everything very thoroughly. He kept us updated regularly and returned our calls promptly. He was able to resolve the audit to our and the states satisfaction. Again, I consider the purchase of this service one of the very best purchases I have ever made. I will continue to purchase this service yearly.
