Waste Management removed our garbage tote in error (should have removed former neighbors tote instead). Despite repeated calls to company to return tote they claim we have to wait up to 7 business days for tote to be brought back even though it was their fault. Wow, never dealt with such horrible customer service before. Beware. I would go with a local company before ever dealing with this company.
