Overstock ripoff, I bid and won a tote bag through, I sent a personal check which was cashed and never received the tote bag

I bid and won a tote bag through Overstock.com on 7/8/05.

In response to an email from [email protected] via PayPal on 7/8/05.

On 7/11/05 I mailed a personal check in the amount of $58.98.

I have never received the tote bag. I have called the telephone number and also sent a letter and still have not received a response or tote bag.
