I signed up to advertise with this group and promptly got warned by prosites about copyright violations. Next they placed my URLS into there name instead of mine. Third they promised in writing to get my website onto to the first page of google in 90 days. This is a copy of the letter from prosites. Dr. Randall W. Stettler,
It has come to our attention that you have made an unauthorized use of our copyrighted dental content which we created as part of our website solution for dental professionals (the "Work"). ProSites, Inc. Has reserved all rights in the Work, first published in February. Your website located at http://www.caoralsurgerycenter.net is using our copyrighted Work throughout many pages of your website. The content throughout your website is either taken word for word, or is a direct derivative from our copyrighted content, specifically text contained within the "Welcome", “Procedures” (Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and subpages within), Dental Implants (and subpages within), and the FAQ’s pages of the website you have designed.
As you neither asked for nor received permission to use the Work as the basis for your website content, nor to make or distribute copies, including electronic copies of same, we believe you have willfully infringed our rights under 17 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq. And could be liable for statutory damages as high as $150,000 as set forth in Section 504 (c) (2) therein.
Your displaying of our Work illegally on a website also violates the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), codified at 17 U.S.C. Section 512.
We have documented the violations in detail and have attached a sampling of screenshots of the same.
We demand that you immediately cease the use, display, and distribution of all infringing works derived from the Work, and all copies, including electronic copies of same, and that you deliver to me, if applicable, all unused, undistributed copies of same, or destroy such copies immediately and that you desist from this or any other infringement of our rights in the future.
If we have not received an affirmative response from you by Monday, June 11th indicating that you have fully complied with these requirements and removed the offending content, we shall take legal action against you and those assisting you in the design and hosting of the website.

On top of this they are now sueing me to collect 40,000 in dameges for a 15,000 over 2 years contract. I have already paid 3400 dollars and found myself in two suites over this contract. One with prosites the other with Siva Solutions.
Please help this has been an odessy.
