According to the "Notice of Copyright and Trademark" on the shopwars.com website, "all materials appearing on this site, including the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and images, allocation and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of ShopWars.com, Copyright ALL RIGHTS RESERVED".
Apparently, copyright laws only apply to them since they blatantly lifted copyrighted artwork directly off MY company website, SkyIsland Naturals.com, and as of 10/24/06, are still using it to sell their similar product online. I have sent them a certified letter so we'll see if they comply with my demand to cease and desist... Still
All my hard work and efforts are being exploited by their shameless and unethical business practices.
