I talked with a rep in Dec and they said my $149.99 refund would take 10 business days... I called back end of January and they said I would get it within 2 weeks. Still no refund. I called my bank and they said they could not do anything. I tried calling Bidmacs and number was disconnected. Has anyone reported them to the BBB yet... I am about to shortly!!!
