I put an order with Windsordvduk.com, on 09 March to get a box-set of Buddies DVD Season 1-10. On 19 March, I delivered them a contact saying I'd not yet obtained the products and got the response "We permit no more than operating 16 times (often its takes not as

On 30 March, I again delivered them a contact saying the products had still nto been obtained and may i declare a return. I received no response.
Today (07 April), I again delivered a email declaring the products hadn't been obtained, no solution continues to be future and that I think it is completely inappropriate that they're today preventing responding to my request a return.
I'd prefer to understand what, if something I really could do to declare a reimbursement and alert others concerning the poor administration of windsordvduk.com!
