I began contacting FocalPrice on March 15. I sent again on March 18, March 23, March 24, March 29, April 3, April 8. Obtained a contact from Sally on April 11. She sent me again on April 13 and 14. Sent them again April 18,20, 22. Previously I received emails from FocalPrice.com, from Lily on March 15, Renee on March 28, Amoon on March 17, Julia on March 25 and Lily again on April 6.
I received a contact from FocalPrice.com on April 22 declaring the Energy Bank is dropped. How might they state that after I had sent them on March 15,18, 23,24, 29 and May 6,8, 13, and 18 declaring that I needed support using the factor. I acquired emails from various people but no body did something although I delivered the info they expected for. Until they create great on the guarantee I'll not purchase something from their website again.
Could someone please help. I still have this factor which doesn't function. I attempted to obtain them to deliver me a shipping site return slide plus they didn't. I tried the RMA however it didn't function.
