On March 1 I put an order to get a set of shoes. Two nights later the cash was removed from my bill and so I believed anything was going well. On March 15 I still hadn't obtained my purchase and so I delivered a contact for their delivery office. On March 17 I obtained an answer in the vicepresident of the organization declaring that my purchase have been overlooked and could be delivered on the next business-day. Since that time I've created many efforts to get hold of them by telephone and e-mail and also have gotten no reaction. It's today May 16, per month 5 since I have put the purchase and that I still haven't obtained my shoes or any notice of after I can get them. Ideally this can help correct this case cause I still need my shoes and that I want to understand after I am likely to have them.
