I requested some printer cartridges a couple weeks before I understood my company would want them-so as to become organized for after I went out (as awaiting printer to reach may cause severe issues to get a store). They delivered me a container that appeared much like what I requested, but included CL-8 tubes rather than the CL-221is that I needed. Used to donot discover this till I visited alter the printer whilst the bill stated they delivered CL-221is, as did them information... Today I am out-of printer and my company is struggling consequently. I've experimented with trade the tubes and all I've gotten are automatic answers. Can not enter contact with anyone who might help me. I'd highly recommend against performing any enterprise with this specific organization: the task they are doing is actually inadequate and there is nil customer support to assist you out once they screw up your purchase.
