Time Warner Cable
Did not pay offered rebate

I requested a pack box from Time-Warner Cable (Telephone, Web and Wire) and was provided a $150 dollar refund. I apparently received a contact using the types essential to fullfill my refund. After I contact timewarner they mentioned that Leapfrog may be the company of the refund, after I contact Leapfrog, they state that timewarner must have delivered me the types.

This Can Be A scam. Timewarner doesn't have idea what's happening. Its a really rest along with a fraud.
