Time Warner Cable
No service

I lost timewarner internet and cable tv on march 2nd i have tried call them many times and they gave me a tech appoint on march 10th. 8 days without tv and internet. What kind of service is that. I even went to the timewarner store they have in the mall and all they did was move the appointment by 2 days. So instead of 8 days now it is 6 days. Great. I am just looking for other options rather than timewarner. Totally tired and fedup with their service..: (
