I was taken by this company. They have a website for easy cancel and i called the phone number listed. After a long wait a woman could not find anything with my name or email address, home address, home phone or cell number. I was furious and asked how then is it possible you can charge my visa then? She hung up on me. I sent them an email on this and then called the number and this time a man answered and said sure he would cancel my account immediately and I said how when I have not even given you my name yet? He told me their system was down and this was on february 27th. I had to call capitol one and report this fraud and they are issuing me a new card and advised they would handle the fraud issue and I wished them luck as this company is nothing but a scam
